Pertempuran Gazala (di dekat kota modern Ayn al Ghazālah) adalah sebuah pertarungan yang terjadi saat Kampanye Gurun Barat pada Perang Dunia Kedua, di sekitaran pelabuhan Tobruk di Libya dari 26 Mei sampai 21 Juni 1942. Kombatan pada pihak Blok Poros adalah Panzerarmee Afrika (Kolonel-Jenderal Erwin Rommel), yang terdiri dari unit Jerman dan Italia dan pasukan Sekutu dari Tentara Kedelapan (Letnan-Jenderal Neil Ritchie) dibawah pimpinan Ketua Komandan Timur Tengah, Jenderal Sir Claude Auchinleck.
