Kejatuhan manusia atau kejatuhan adalah istilah yang dipakai dalam agama Kristen untuk menyebut peralihan pria dan wanita pertama dari keadaan tak berdosa menjadi keadaan tak luput dari kesalahan. Meskipun tak dinamai dalam Alkitab, doktrin kejatuhan berasal dari penafsiran biblikal pasal 3 Kitab Kejadian.
