Departemen Perumahan dan Pengembangan Kota Amerika Serikat (bahasa Inggris: United States Department of Housing and Urban Development; disingkat HUD) adalah departemen eksekutif federal pemerintah A.S. yang bertugas mengembangkan dan melaksanakan kebijakan perumahan dan perkotaan. Meski dulunya dibentuk dengan nama House and Home Financing Agency, badan ini baru dijadikan departemen kabinet pada tahun 1965 sebagai bagian dari program "Great Society" yang dicanangkan Presiden Lyndon Johnson.
