American Cyanamid Company adalah sebuah konglomerat Amerika utama yang menjadi salah satu dari 100 perusahaan besar di negara tersebut pada 1970an dan 1980an, menurut daftar Fortune 500 pada masa itu. Didirikan oleh Frank Washburn pada 1907, perusahaan tersebut bertumbuh menjadi lebih dari 100,000 karyawan di seluruh dunia, dan memiliki lebih dari 200,000 pemegang saham pada pertengahan 1970an. Sahamnya diperdagangkan di Bursa Saham New York di bawah simbol ACY.
