Mohammed Yousef el-Magariaf, (juga ditulis sebagai Magariaf, Elmegaryaf atau Almegaryaf)[1] atau, seperti yang ditulis pada situs web resminya, Dr. Mohamed Yusuf Al Magariaf[2] (bahasa Arab: محمد يوسف المقريف; kelahiran 1940) adalah seorang politikus Libya yang menjabat sebagai Presiden Kongres Nasional Umum dari pertemuan pertamanya pada Agustus 2012 sampai pengunduran dirinya pada Mei 2013. Dalam peran tersebut, ia secara efektif menjadi kepala negara de facto Libya,[3][4][5] sampai pengunduran dirinya pada Mei 2013.[6]
