Motojirō Kajii (梶井 基次郎 , Kajii Motojirō, juga Motojirou Kajii, 17 Februari 1901 – 24 Maret 1932) adalah seorang penulis Jepang pada awal zaman Shōwa yang dikenal karena membuat cerpen-cerpen puitis. Kajii meninggalkan adi-adikarya seperti Remon (檸檬 , "Lemon"), "Shiro no aru machi nite" (城のある町にて , "In a Castle Town"). Fuyu no hi (冬の日 , "Winter Days") dan Sakura no ki no shita ni wa (櫻の樹の下には , "Beneath the Cherry Trees"). Karya-karya puitisnya dipuji oleh para penulis sejawat yang meliputi Yasunari Kawabata dan Yukio Mishima.[2]
