Piers Gaveston, 1st Earl of Cornwall (s. 1284 – 19 Juni 1312) adalah seorang bangsawan Inggris asal Gascon dan orang kesayangan Raja Edward II dari Inggris. Pada masa muda, ia membuat Raja Edward I "Longshanks" menjadi terkesan, dan diangkat menjadi anggota keluarga dari putra Raja tersebut, Edward dari Caernarfon.
