Una O'Connor (nama lahir Agnes Teresa McGlade, 23 Oktober 1880 – 4 Februari 1959) adalah seorang pemeran Irlandia-Amerika yang berkarya dalam teater sebelum menjadi pemeran karakter dalam film dan televisi.
