Delhi (/ˈdɛli/, pengucapan bahasa Hindi: [d̪ɪlliː] Dilli,bahasa Hindustani: [ˈdɛɦliː]), dengan nama resmi National Capital Territory of Delhi (NCT), adalah wilayah Ibukota India.[4] Selama masa Kemaharajaan Britania, Delhi merupakan bagian dari provinsi Punjab dan secara historis dan budaya berhubungan dengan daerah Punjab.[5] Populasinya sekitar 16,3 juta sehingga menjadikannya kota terpadat kedua dan aglomerasi perkotaan terpadat kedua di India.[6][7]
