Al-Sawafir al-Sharqiyya adalah sebuah desa Arab Palestina di Subdistrik Gaza. Desa tersebut dikosongkan dalam Perang 1948 pada 18 Mei 1948, sebagai bagian dari tahap dua Operasi Barak. Desa tersebut berjarak 32 km dari timur laut Gaza.
