Aminkhotip I (/ˌæmɛnˈhoʊtɛp/[3]) dari Bahasa Mesir kuno "jmn-ḥtp" atau "yamānuḥātip" yang berarti "Amin" atau Amenophis I, (/əˈmɛnoʊfɪs/,[4]), from Bahasa Yunani Kuno Ἀμένωφις,[5] selain itu Raja Zeserkere (transliterasi: Ḏśr-k-R),[6] merupakan Firaun kedua Dinasti kedelapan belas Mesir di Mesir. Pemerintahannya umumnya berasal dari tahun 1526 sampai 1506 SM. Ia adalah putra Ahmose I dan Ahmose-Nefertari, tetapi setidaknya memiliki dua orang kakanda, Ahmose-ankh dan Ahmose Sapair, dan tidak diharapkan untuk mewarisi takhta. Namun, kadang-kadang dalam delapan tahun antara tahun ke-17 bertakhtanya dan kematiannya, pewarisnya meninggal dan Amenhotep menjadi putra mahkota.[5] Ia kemudian naik takhta dan memerintah selama sekitar dua puluh satu tahun.[1] Meksipun pemerintahannya kurang terdokumentasi, adalah mungkin untuk menyusun sebuah sejarah dasar dari bukti yang ada. Ia mewarisi kerajaan yang dibentuk oleh penaklukkan militer ayahandanya dan mempertahankan dominasinya atas Nubia dan Delta Nil namun mungkin tidak berusaha untuk mempertahankan kekuasaan Mesir di Levant. Ia melanjutkan pembangunan kembali kuil-kuil di Mesir Hulu dan merancang kompleks kamar mayat yang revolusioner dengan memisahkan makamnya dari kuil makamnya, menetapkan tren dalam monumen-monumen pemakaman kerajaan yang akan bertahan di seluruh Kerajaan Baru Mesir. Setelah kematiannya, ia didewakan sebagai dewa pelindung Deir el-Medina.[7]
