Bob Foster Sinaga (lahir 6 Januari 1958) adalah seorang pendeta, akademikus, dan pengusaha Indonesia. Ia dikenal luas sebagai pendiri lembaga bimbingan belajar Ganesha Operation dan pendiri perguruan tinggi swasta Universitas Informatika dan Bisnis Indonesia (Unibi).

Bob merupakan alumni Institut Teknologi Bandung jurusan teknik elektro tahun 1982.[1] Bersama adiknya, Johnson Sinaga, dan dua temannya, yaitu Kamajaya dan Irfan Anshory, ia mendirikan lembaga bimbingan belajar Ganesha Operation pada tahun 1984 di Bandung.[2] Bob sendiri sebelumnya pernah bekerja di Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN) selama kurang lebih 12 tahun.[3]

Pada tahun 2007, Bob mendirikan Universitas Informatika dan Bisnis Indonesia (Unibi) yang merupakan penggabungan dari Politeknik Ganesha Bandung dengan Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi (STIE) Pelita Nusantara.[4] Di universitas ini, Bob menjabat sebagai rektor. Pada tahun 2022, Bob dikukuhkan sebagai guru besar Unibi oleh Menteri Pendidikan Nasional Republik Indonesia, Nadiem Makarim.[5]

Diluar pekerjaannya sebagai akademikus, Bob juga aktif dalam kegiatan keagamaan. Ia adalah salah satu pendeta di Gereja Bethel Indonesia Rock Bandung.[6]
