Guillaume Postel (25 Maret 1510 – 6 September 1581) adalah seorang linguis, astronom, Kabbalis, diplomat, profesor dan universalis keagamaan asal Prancis.

Lahir di desa Barenton, Normandy, Postel melakukan perjalanan ke Paris untuk melanjutkan pendidikan. Saat belajar di Collège Sainte-Barbe, ia bergabung dengan Ignatius dari Loyola dan beberapa tokoh lainnya yang akan menjadi para pendiri Serikat Yesus.
