Hotel Raffles adalah hotel mewah bergaya kolonial di Singapura. Hotel ini dibangun oleh pebisnis perhotelan Armenia, Sarkies Bersaudara, pada 1887. Hotel ini dinamai berdasarkan negarawan Inggris Thomas Stamford Raffles, pendiri Singapura.

Sejarah

Hotel Raffles awalnya berfungsi sebagai rumah pantai milik swasta yang dibangun pada awal 1830-an. Hotel ini terlebih dahulu bernama Emerson's Hotel ketika Charles Emerson menyewa gedung ini pada 1878.
