Hukum Yunani Kuno

Hukum Yunani Kuno terdiri dari hukum dan lembaga hukum dari Yunani Kuno. Keberadaan prinsip hukum umum tertentu diimplikasikan oleh kebiasaan yang menghimpun perbedaan antara dua negara Yunani atau antar anggota negara tunggal, dengan merestorasi arbitrasi eksternal.
