International Longshore and Warehouse Union (ILWU) adalah sebuah serikat buruh yang utamanya mewakili para pekerja dok di Pesisir Barat Amerika Serikat, Hawaii, dan di British Columbia, Kanada. Serikat tersebut juga mewakili para pekerja hotel di Hawaii, para pekerja pengalengan di Alaska, para pekerja gudang di seluruh wilayah Barat dan para pekerja toko buku di Portland, Oregon. Serikat tersebut didirikan pada 1937. Serikat tersebut tidak berafiliasi lagi dengan AFL-CIO pada 30 Agustus 2013. Pada 2014, San Francisco Chronicle menyebut ILWU sebagai "aristokrat dari kelas pekerja".[2]
