Invasi Italia ke Mesir (Operazione E) adalah sebuah serangan Italia melawan pasukan Britania Persemakmuran dan Prancis Merdeka pada Kampanye Gurun Barat (1940–1943) saat Perang Dunia Kedua. Tujuan serangan tersebut adalah memperluas Terusan Suez.
