Jalur 6 Beijing Subway (Hanzi: 北京地铁6号线; Pinyin: běijīng dìtiě liùhào xiàn) adalah jalur angkutan cepat di pusat kota Beijing. Jalur ini berjalan paralel disebelah utara Jalur 1 dan Jalur Batong, dari Wulu di Haidian sampai Lucheng di Distrik Chaoyang. Direncanakan bahwa jalur ini akan diperpanjang pada tahun 2015 sampai Shijingshan di sebelah barat. Setelah selesai, diperkirakan panjang jalurnya menjadi 50.67 km dengan 32 stasiun.

Jalur 6 menggunakan armada dengan kapasitas terbesar, yaitu 8 rangkaian tipe-B dengan total 1.960 orang, dibandingkan dengan 6 rangkaian di jalur lain.^[4] Juga memiliki kecepatan tertinggi, yaitu 100 km/jam dibandingkan 80 km/jam di jalur lainnya. Jalur 6 juga memiliki stasiun paling dalam di jaringan Beijing Subway, yaitu Stasiun Dongsi dengan kedalaman 34 meter.^[5]
