Jetis adalah Kecamatan di Kabupaten Mojokerto, Provinsi Jawa Timur. Desa Perning dan Desa Mlirip adalah desa yang berada di wilayah Kecamatan Jetis, sebagai kawasan industri baru, produsen bumbu masak terbesar di Indoneisa seperti PT. AJINOMOTO INDONESIA, MOJOKERTO FACTORY, STO TELKOM MLIRIP, terletak di desa Mlirip.

Pendahuluan

Jembatan Perningkloji adalah salah satu jembatan yang menghubungkan desa Perning dan Mlirip, terletak di Jalan Raya Desa Perning, Kecamatan Jetis, Kabupaten Mojokerto, Provinsi Jawa Timur.

Jembatan dengan panjang total 51 meter ini dibangun pada tahun 1982 dan merupakan akses jalan yang berada diruas jalan Bts. Kab. Gresik - Mlirip (Link 161). Dengan usia yang sudah mencapai 41 tahun pada saat dilakukan Penggatian Jembatan Perningkloji ditahun 2023 lalu, merupakan salah satu upaya Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Timur melalui Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Bina Marga Provinsi untuk meningkatkan pelayanan dalam Penyelenggaraan Keamanan Jembatan.

Selain itu, guna meningkatkan pelayanan dan kompetensi para pegawai dilingkungan Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Bina Marga Provinsi Jawa Timur, dilaksanakan Bimbingan Teknis yaitu:

Bimbingan Teknis Pelaksanaan Pekerjaan Pembangunan Jembatan Struktur Bangunan Bagian Bawah yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 29 Agustus 2023 - 31 Agustus 2023 di UPT PJJ Mojokerto;
Bimbingan Teknis Pelaksanaan Pekerjaan Pembangunan Jembatan Struktur Bangunan Bagian Atas yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 1 November 2023 - 3 November 2023 di UPT PJJ Mojokerto.

Revitalisasi

Penggantian Jembatan Perningkloji dilakukan pada tahun 2023 silam, dimana masa pelaksanaan pekerjaan dimulai dari tanggal 18 April 2023 sampai dengan 6 Desember 2023. Penggantian Jembatan Perningkloji dilakukan karena beberapa bagian utama struktur (pile cap) pada jembatan sudah rusak dan berdasarkan kajian teknis bahwa umur jembatan yang sudah mendekati masa layan (masa layan jembatan berdasarkan RSNI T-03-2005 adalah 50 tahun) maka sebaiknya dilakukan penggantian guna penanganan keamanan dan keandalan jembatan.

Penggantian Jembatan Perningkloji didesain dengan bentang 50 meter dan lebar 13 meter, gelagar menggukan konstruksi PC-I Girder pada struktur bangunan atas dan pondasi tiang pancang pada struktur bangunan bawah. Bukan hanya desain struktur jembatan saja namun juga di desain dinding penahan tanah pada Anak Sungai Kali Surabaya yang masuk dalam Wilayah Sungai Brantas. untuk mencegah keruntuhan tanah yang curam atau lereng pada sungai, gerusan disekitar abutmen jembatan serta untuk menjaga DAS agar tidak terjadi penyempitan pada sungai.

Pada pelaksanaannya, dilakukan pendekatan dan upaya dalam melakukan rekayasa lalulintas untuk menjaga kelancaran pelaksanaan dan keselamatan pengguna jalan pada saat proses pelaksanaan pekerjaan konstruksi penggantian jembatan Perningkloji. Rekayasa lalulintas yang dilakukan diantaranya adalah:

Menggunakan Jembatan Bailey dengan panjang 50 meter, lebar 2,5 meter, dan beban maksimum 8 ton. Sistem buka tutup (bergantian) digunakan dengan menempatkan flagman agar tetap berjalan dengan lancar;
Kendaraan dengan beban lebih dari 8 Ton dialihkan melalui Jalan Nasional Krian - Mlirip dan melalui Jalan Tol Legundi - Kota Mojokerto.

Dengan kegiatan Penggantian Jembatan Perningkloji, merupakan salah satu upaya Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Timur dalam hal ini Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Bina Marga Provinsi Jawa Timur telah berusaha memberikan pelayanan berupa keamanan dalam pengelolaan Jalan dan Jembatan bagi masyarakat selaku pengguna jalan.

Tidak hanya sampai disitu, guna meningkatkan pelayanan dan kompetensi para pegawai dilingkungan Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Bina Marga Provinsi Jawa Timur maka diadakan Bimbingan Teknis Pelaksanaan Pekerjaan Pembangunan Jembatan Struktur Bangunan Bagian Bawah yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 29 Agustus 2023 - 31 Agustus 2023 dan Bimbingan Teknis Pelaksanaan Pekerjaan Pembangunan Jembatan Struktur Bangunan Bagian Atas yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 1 November 2023 - 3 November 2023
