John William Mccormack (21 Desember 1891 – 22 November 1980) adalah seorang politikus Amerika dari Boston, Massachusetts. Sebagai pengacara dan anggota Partai Demokrat, Mccormack berjasa di Angkatan Darat Amerika Serikat saat Perang Dunia Pertama, dan ia kemudian memenangkan dua jabatan sebagai Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Massachusetts dan Senat Negera Bagian Massachusetts sebelum memenangkan pemilihan Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Amerika Serikat. Ia menjadi Ketua Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Amerika Serikat ke-45 pada tahun 1962.
