Kereta Hankou-Yichang (Hanzi sederhana: 汉宜铁路; Hanzi tradisional: 漢宜鐵路) atau Kereta Hanyi, merupakan kereta kecepatan tinggi dengan rute Stasiun Kereta Hankou, Wuhan - Yichang, Hubei, Tiongkok, sejauh 291 km.^[1] Jalur ini merupakan bagian dari Kereta penumpang Shanghai-Wuhan-Chengdu. Jalur Kereta Hanyi selesai dibangun pada musim semi 2012 dan mulai beroperasi secara komersial pada 1 Juli 2012.^[2] Rel kereta kecepatan tinggi yang berdekatan yaitu Kereta Hefei-Wuhan di timur dibuka pada April 2009 dan Kereta Yichang-Wanzhou di barat, diresmikan pada Desember 2010.

Tidak seperti kebanyakan kereta kecepatan tinggi di Tiongkok yang umumnya mengikuti rute jalur kereta yang sudah ada sebelumnya, jalur Kereta Hanyi mengambil rute baru yang lebih langsung antara Wuhan dan Yichang, dengan melalui beberapa kota di sepanjang Sungai Yangtze bagian Hubei tengah seperti Hanchuan, Xiantao,^[3] dan Qianjiang. Kota Jingzhou, yang sebelumnya hanya dilayani oleh Kereta Jingmen-Shashi sebagai kereta cabang ke Jingmen di utara, sekarang bisa ikut menikmati layanan kereta ini menuju Wuhan atau Yichang.
