Kevin Jon Heller adalah seorang sarjana hukum internasional yang merupakan Profesor Hukum & Keamanan Internasional di Pusat Studi Militer Universitas Kopenhagen. Ia juga pernah mengajar di Universitas Amsterdam, SOAS, Universitas London, dan Sekolah Hukum Melbourne.[1]
Seorang pengulas menggambarkan Heller sebagai "seorang sarjana berprestasi, penulis multi-terbitan, dan blogger yang digembar-gemborkan dalam topik-topik terkini dan kontroversial dalam hukum internasional."[2]
Beliau adalah salah satu pemimpin redaksi blog hukum internasional Opinio Juris.[3]
