Al-Kasayir (bahasa Arab: خربة الكساير, Ibrani: ח'ירבת אל-קסאייר) adalah sebuah desa Arab Palestina di Subdistrik Haifa, yang berjarak 13 km dari timur Haifa. Desa tersebut dikosongkan pada Perang Saudara Mandat Palestina 1947–48 pada 16 April 1948 dalam Pertempuran Mishmar HaEmek.
