Kongres Amerika Serikat ke-52 adalah sebuah pertemuan cabang legislatif pemerintahan federal Amerika Serikat, yang terdiri dari Senat Amerika Serikat dan Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Amerika Serikat. Kongres tersebut diadakan di Washington, D.C. dari 4 Maret 1891, sampai 4 Maret 1893, pada dua tahun terakhir kepresidenan Benjamin Harrison.
