Lebih populer ketimbang Yesus
"Lebih populer ketimbang Yesus" (atau "Lebih besar ketimbang Yesus")[a] adalah sebuah pernyataan kontroversial yang dibuat oleh John Lennon dari the Beatles pada 1966. Lennon mengatakan bahwa Kekristenan telah menurun dan the Beatles telah menjadi lebih populer ketimbang Yesus Kristus. Komentar tersebut tidak menuai kontroversi ketika aslinya dipublikasikan di Britania Raya, namun reaksi kemarahan terjadi di dalam komunitas Kristen ketika perkataan tersebut dipublikasikan ulang di Amerika Serikat pada lima bulan kemudian.
