Trần Lệ Xuân (22 Agustus 1924[2] – 24 April 2011), atau disebut juga Madame Nhu, merupakan Ibu Negara de facto Vietnam Selatan dari 1955 sampai 1963. Dia merupakan istri dari Ngô Đình Nhu yang merupakan saudara laki-laki dan penasihat utama Presiden Ngô Đình Diệm. Madame Nhu memiliki pengaruh dalam kebijakan pemerintah, dan karena Diệm tidak menikah seumur hidupnya serta Madame Nhu sekeluarga tinggal di istana presiden, ia dianggap sebagai ibu negara.[3]
