Masjid Katedral Apanaev (bahasa Rusia: Апанае́вская соборная ме́че́ть) atau lebih dikenal dengan Masjid Apanaev (bahasa Rusia: Апанае́вская ме́че́ть) (bahasa Tatar: Апанай мәче́те́) adalah sebuah masjid bersejarah yang berada di kota Kazan, Republik Tatarstan, Rusia. Masjid ini dibangun pada tahun 1768 hingga 1771,[1] atas biaya pedagang bangsa Tatar, Yakub Sultangaleev,[2] setelah mendapat izin dari Permaisuri Yekaterina II.[3]
