Keuskupan Agung Kenya adalah sebuah keuskupan di Afrika bagian timur yang berada di bawah yurisdiksi Gereja Ortodoks Yunani Aleksandria dan Seluruh Afrika. Sebelum dibentuk pada 2001, keuskupan agung tersebut merupakan bagian dari Metropolis Irinoupolis.
Saat ini, komunitas Ortodoks di Kenya memiliki jumlah terbanyak di benua Afrika, dan terdiri dari sekitar sejuta anggota paroki dari seluruh populasi yang berjumlah 35 juta di negara tersebut. Keuskupan Agung Kenya dari Patriarkat Aleksandria memiliki sekitar 200 gereja, puluhan sekolah parokial dan sebuah seminari Riruta.[1]
