Nikolay Alexandrovich Alexeyev (juga disebut Alekseyev, Alekseev, atau Alexeev (bahasa Rusia: Никола́й Алекса́ндрович Алексе́ев) lahir 23 Desember 1977) adalah seorang pegiat hak LGBT, pengacara, dan jurnalis asal Rusia.
Pada 21 Oktober 2010, Nikolay Alexeyev memenangkan kasus pertama di Pengadilan HAM Eropa tentang pelanggaran HAM LGBT di Rusia.
