Ondansetron (INN) adalah sebuah serotonin 5-HT3 receptor antagonist yang digunakan untuk mencegah mual dan muntah yang disebabkan oleh kemoterapi kanker, terapi radiasi dan pembedahan.[1] Obat ini juga digunakan untuk menangani gastroenteritis.[2][3] Efeknya kecil untuk muntah yang disebabkan karena mabuk gerak.[4] Dapat diberikan melalui mulut, injeksi ke otot atau ke vena.[1]
