nama DPR/DPRD/DPD wajib dicatat agar ga bisa mengulangi kejahatan/kesalahan(cth:plesiran/jalan2an,abisin uang rakyat,main cewek2an,dll),dan lain-lain

siapa yg mau catat trus halaman wajib dikunci agar aman(seperti aman dr iseng2an,hacker,dll)
