Pengadilan Hak Asasi Manusia dan Hak Penduduk Afrika
Pengadilan Hak Asasi Manusia dan Hak Penduduk Afrika adalah sebuah pengadilan tingkat benua yang didirikan oleh negara-negara Afrika untuk mewujudkan perlindungan hak asasi manusia dan hak penduduk di Afrika. Pengadilan tersebut melengkapi dan memperkuat fungsi-fungsi Komisi Hak Asasi Manusia dan Hak Penduduk Afrika.[1]
