Perampasan USS Chesapeake, atau Pertarungan Boston Harbor, terjadi pada 1 Juni 1813, antara fregat Angkatan Laut Kerajaan HMS Shannon dan fregat Amerika USS Chesapeake, sebagai bagian dari Perang 1812 antara Amerika Serikat dan Inggris Raya. Perampasan Chesapeake menewaskan sekitar 80 orang dan merupakan satu-satunya aksi perang di mana tidak ada kekuatan yang lebih besar pada kedua sisi.
