Perjanjian Komersial Jerman-Soviet 1940 (juga dikenal sebagai Perjanjian Ekonomi 11 Februari 1940, antara Reich Jerman dan Uni Republik Sosialis Soviet) adalah sebuah aransemen ekonomi antara Uni Soviet dan Jerman Nazi yang ditandatangani pada 11 Februari 1940.
Kedua negara tersebut menyusul perjanjian tersebut dan menyelesaikan masalah-masalah lainnya dengan Perjanjian Perbatasan dan Komersial Jerman-Soviet 10 Januari 1941.
