Rolf de Heer (kelahiran 4 Mei 1951) adalah seorang sutradara Belanda Australia. De Heer lahir di Heemskerk, Belanda namun berpindah ke Sydney ketika ia berusia delapan tahun.[1] Ia masuk Sekolah Film, Televisi dan Radio Australia di Sydney. Perusahaannya bernama Vertigo Productions dan bermarkas di Adelaide.
Film 2013 buatannya Charlie's Country terpilih untuk berkompetisi dalam sesi Un Certain Regard di Festival Film Cannes 2014.[2]
