Sub-Komisi Promosi dan Perlindungan Hak Asasi Manusia (sebelum 1999, dikenal sebagai Sub-Komisi Pencegahan Diskriminasi dan Perlindungan Minoritas)[1] adalah sebuah wadah pemikir Komisi PBB. Badan tersebut dibentuk pada akhir Agustus 2006.[2]
