Thomas William Hoffman (21 Juli 1839 – 18 April 1905) adalah seorang prajurit Amerika Serikat yang mengabdi pada Union Army sebagai anggota 208th Pennsylvania Infantry pada Perang Saudara Amerika. Ia meraih penghargaan militer tertinggi di negara tersebut, Medal of Honor, atas pengabdiannya dalam Pertempuran Petersburg Ketiga, Virginia pada 2 April 1865. Penghargaan tersebut diberikan pada 19 Juli 1895.[1][2]
