Paul Marie Théodore Vincent d'Indy (bahasa Prancis: [vɛ̃sɑ̃ dɛ̃di]; 27 Maret 1851 – 2 Desember 1931) adalah seorang komponis dan guru asal Prancis. Perguruan musik swasta École de musique Vincent-d'Indy di Montreal, Kanada, dan asteroid 11530 d'Indy, diambil dari nama komponis tersebut.
