Sir William Henry Flower KCB FRCS FRS (30 November 1831 – 1 Juli 1899) adalah seorang anatomis perbandingan dan pembedah Inggris. Flower menjadi otoritas utama pada mamalia, dan khususnya pada otak primata. Ia mendukung Thomas Henry Huxley dalam sebuah kontroversi berpengaruh dengan Richard Owen tentang otak manusia, dan kemudian menggantikan Owen sebagai direktur Museum Sejarah Alam.

Flower dan istrinya memiliki tujuh anak, termasuk zoologis Stanley Smyth Flower.[1]
