Grand Prix F1 Britania 1994 merupakan balapan ke-8 GP F1 di musim 1994. Balapan ini berlangsung di sirkuit Silverstone, Northamptonshire, Inggris, dan dimenangi pembalap tuan rumah, Damon Hill.

Michael Schumacher, melewati garis kedua dengan mobil Benetton-Ford, namun kemudian didiskualifikasi karena menyalip Hill di lap formasi dan gagal menjalani hukuman stop-go tepat waktu; ia juga dijatuhi hukuman larangan dua balapan. Larangan balapan Schumi diikuti oleh Romain Grosjean di Grand Prix Belgia 2012 dan Kevin Magnussen di Grand Prix Italia 2024
