Kobayashi Kiyochika (小林 清親, 10 September 1847– 28 November 1915) adalah seorang seniman ukiyo-e Jepang, yang terkenal karena cetakan balok kayu berwarna dan ilustrasi surat kabar. Karyanya mendokumentasikan modernisasi dan Westernisasi cepat yang dialami Jepang selama periode Meiji (1868–1912) dan menggunakan rasa cahaya dan bayangan yang disebut kōsen-ga yang terinspirasi oleh teknik seni Barat. Karyanya pertama kali menemukan audiens pada tahun 1870-an dengan cetakan bangunan dan kereta api bata merah yang telah berkembang biak setelah Restorasi Meiji; cetakannya tentang Perang Tiongkok-Jepang Pertama tahun 1894–95 juga populer. Cetakan balok kayu tidak lagi disukai selama periode ini, dan banyak kolektor[siapa?] menganggap karya Kobayashi sebagai contoh penting terakhir dari ukiyo-e.
