Masakan Israel kuno merujuk kepada makanan yang disantap oleh Suku Israel kuno selama lebih dari seribu tahun, dari permulaan pemukiman Israel di Tanah Israel sampai periode Romawi. Bahan makanannya adalah roti, wine dan minyak zaitun, tetapi juga meliputi biji-bijian, buah-buahan dan sayur-sayuran, produk-produk olahan susu, ikan dan daging. Kepercayaan agama, yang melarang konsumsi makanan tertentu, membentuk gaya makan Israel. Kebiasaan tersebut masih dianggap menjadi bagian utama dari gaya makan tersebut sepanjang masa, disamping pengenalan makanan baru pada berbagai tahap. Makanan Israel kuno mirip dengan kebiasaan makan Mediterania kuno lainnya.
