Miss World 1989 adalah edisi ke-39 dari kontes kecantikan Miss World, yang diadakan pada 22 November 1989 di Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, Hong Kong. 78 kontestan berpartisipasi dalam kontes ini. Untuk pertama kalinya pula Uni Soviet mengirimkan kontestan di kontes kecantikan utama. Di akhir acara, Aneta Kręglicka dari Polandia dinobatkan sebagai Miss World 1989, menjadikannya wanita Eropa Timur pertama yang berhasil memenangkan kompetisi Miss World.[1][2] Aneta dimahkotai oleh Miss World 1988, Linda Pétursdóttir dari Islandia.
