Rachel Susan Dratch (lahir 22 Februari 1966) adalah seorang aktris dan komedian asal Amerika Serikat. Setelah dia lulus dari Dartmouth College, dia pindah ke Chicago untuk belajar teater improvisasi di The Second City dan ImprovOlympic. Peran terobosan Dratch adalah masa jabatannya sebagai pemeran di serial komedi sketsa NBC Saturday Night Live dari 1999 hingga 2006. Dratch lahir pada tanggal 22 Februari 1966, di Lexington, Massachusetts,[1][2] putri dari Elaine Ruth (née Soloway), seorang direktur transportasi, dan Paul Dratch, seorang ahli radiologi.[3][4] Kedua orang tua Dratch adalah Yahudi Reformasi.[5] Dratch bersekolah di sekolah Ibrani dan mengikuti bat mitzvah. Dia tidak taat beragama saat dewasa, dan mencirikan keyakinan tempat dia dilahirkan sebagai bagian dari warisan budayanya.[2]

Adik laki-lakinya, Daniel, adalah seorang produser televisi dan penulis; kredit karyanya termasuk serial TV Anger Management dan Monk. Dratch mengatakan dia tumbuh sebagai "tipe badut kelas"[2] bersekolah di SMA William Diamond dan SMA Lexington di Lexington. Dia mengatakan saat tampil di drama sekolah menengah, dia lebih sering tertarik pada akting dalam komedi daripada drama.[6]

Dalam bukunya Girl Walks Into a Bar..., Dratch membahas pertemuannya dengan John Wahl, seorang konsultan di industri makanan alami, di sebuah bar pada tahun 2009. Enam bulan kemudian, Dratch mengetahui bahwa dia hamil, dan pada 24 Agustus 2010, Dratch melahirkan Eli Benjamin, putranya dengan Wahl.[9] Dalam sebuah wawancara pada bulan Oktober 2010, Dratch mengatakan kepada People bahwa kehamilannya pada usia 44 tahun mengejutkannya karena dia "telah mempercayai semua hal tentang, 'Setelah Anda berusia di atas 40 tahun [kehamilan menjadi sulit]'" dan telah "mengalami proses ikhlas [mengenai tidak memiliki anak]."[10] Pada tahun 2019, Dratch dan Wahl bukanlah pasangan, tetapi berhubungan baik dan tinggal berdekatan untuk mengasuh putra mereka.[11]
