Yemelyan Mikhailovich Yaroslavsky (bahasa Rusia: Емельян Михайлович Ярославский, nama lahir Minei Izrailevich Gubelman, Мине́й Изра́илевич Губельма́н; 3 Maret [K.J.: 19 Februari] 1878 – 4 Desember 1943) adalah seorang revolusioner Bolshevik, anggota Partai Komunis, wartawan dan sejarawan Yahudi Rusia. Seorang ateis dan polemikis anti-relijius, Yaroslavsky menjabat sebagai penyunting jurnal satir ateis Bezbozhnik (Tak Bertuhan) dan memimpin organisasi Liga Militan Tak Bertuhan. Yaroslavsky juga mengepalai Komite Anti-Relijius dari Komite Pusat Partai Komunis Uni Soviet.
